Surface Supply LLC – Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Return Authorization

No product may be returned without prior written approval from Surface Supply LLC. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. Items returned without an approved RA will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Surface Supply LLC
  • The product must be a standard, current product (not discontinued at the time of return)
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging

3M™ DI-NOC™: Only full, uncut Quick Ship rolls (164ft) are eligible for return, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Rolls must be unused, in the full original length (164ft), and returned within 30 days of material receipt. Partial or cut rolls (any length shorter than the full 164ft, including 16.4ft, 32.8ft, 82ft, and 98.4ft rolls), non-Quick Ship AND Quick Ship rolls, samples, and discontinued finishes are final sale and not returnable under any circumstances.

Renuva™: Full rolls are eligible for return within 30 days of material receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging. Renuva™ samples are final sale and not returnable under any circumstances.

Return Window

Surface Supply LLC offers a 30-day return window, meaning return authorization must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. For 3M™ DI-NOC™, this applies to full Quick Ship rolls (164ft) only and a 20% restocking fee applies.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unopened
  • In original, intact manufacturer packaging

How to Start a Return

To request a return authorization, contact us via email:

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Authorization (RA)
  • Return shipping instructions and label

Approved returns must be shipped back using the provided label and instructions.

Packaging Requirements & Restocking Fees

  • 3M™ DI-NOC™ Quick Ship returns are accepted for full, uncut rolls (164ft) only and carry a 20% restocking fee
  • Opened boxes or broken cases will not be accepted

Credits & Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as a refund to the customer's original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. Store credit is available as an option if preferred.

  • Refunds and credits will not exceed the original invoiced amount
  • Store credits may be applied toward future purchases from Surface Supply LLC

Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us promptly by emailing contact@surfacesupply.com so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Failure to report issues within 4 days of delivery may result in denial of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Partial or cut rolls of 3M™ DI-NOC™ (any length shorter than the full 164ft roll, including 16.4ft, 32.8ft, 82ft, and 98.4ft rolls), including Quick Ship
  • Non-Quick Ship 3M™ DI-NOC™
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • All Samples, including 3M™ DI-NOC™ and Renuva™

All returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
