Surface Supply LLC – Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Return Authorization

No product may be returned without prior written approval from Surface Supply LLC. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. Items returned without an approved RA will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Surface Supply LLC

  • The product must be a standard, current product (not discontinued at the time of return)

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging

Non- Quick Ship Rolls, Samples, and discontinued items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.Quick Ship rolls have a 20% restocking fee must be unused and returned up to 30 days from material receipt. 

All Samples and Non-Quick Ship rolls are final and non-returnable.

Return Window

Surface Supply LLC offers a 30-day return window on Quick Ship Finishes Only with a 20% restocking fee, meaning return authorization must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original, intact manufacturer packaging

How to Start a Return

To request a return authorization, contact us via email:

  • Return shipping instructions and label

Approved returns must be shipped back

Packaging Requirements & Restocking Fees

  • Quick- Ship rolls have a 20% restocking fee

  • Opened boxes or broken cases will not be accepted

Credits & Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as a store credit to the customer’s account.

  • No cash or card refunds are issued

  • Credits will not exceed the original invoiced amount

  • Credits may be applied toward future purchases from Surface Supply LLC

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us promptly by emailing contact@surfacesupply.com so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Failure to report issues within the return window of four days may result in denial of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Non- Quick Ship Orders

  • Quick Ship Rolls with a +20 restocking fee

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • All Samples

All returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
